M2K Technology & Trading Co., Bangladesh was formed in the year of 2000 by Engineer Habibur Rahman. Initially the company started business in the field of Electrical Power Generation, Power Transmission and Power Distribution. Major customers of the company M2K Technology & Trading Co., are Public Power Utilities and private power utilities within Bangladesh. Bangladesh Standards & Testing Institute (BSTI), Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission (BAEC), Bangladesh Council of Scientific Industrial Research (BCSIR), Bangladesh Institute of Technologies (BITs) Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), University of Textile Engineering, Bangladesh (UTE) Abul Khair Group, PHP Group, Bashundhara Group, BSRM, MARICO, Energypac Engineering Ltd, Manufacturers, EPC companies and other Government agencies, Semi-Government agencies, Autonomous Statutory Boards and Private customers within the territory of Bangladesh. As a continuation M2k has entered into EPC infrastructure Projects along with it’s chineese partner Sinohydro Corporation and EPC Power Projects along with it’s another giant chineese partner Power China.

Graduated in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in 1975. He joined Dhaka Electric Supply Authority (DESA) in 1976. Mr. Karim left the country in 1978 and took up a job under the Ministry of Electricity, Govt. of Libya and was posted at various Power Stations and Distribution Authorities, He returned to Bangladesh in 1996 and joined M2K Technology &Trading Co. as Senior Consultant of the company in the year of 2002.
Mr. Karim has extensive knowledge in LV, MV and HV area. He worked for various private power companies, for example, United Group, Summit Group, Bashundhara Group, CPML, Biswas Builders and many other similar public and private power utilities both in Bangladesh and abroad.
Graduated in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). Mr. Tanveer Ehsanur Rahman is a key Director of Novo Group and Spectrum Engineers & Software Ltd.
Graduated in Civil Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). Mr. Roy is responsible for civil design, Drawing and construction of the company.
Graduated in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). Mr. Mahmud is working as Divisional Engineer in Public Telecom Company Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL).
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from (BUET). Mr. Babar is working as CEO of Baximco and also is responsible for Mechanical Drawing Design and works of the Company.
Graduated in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET). Mr. Zakirul Kabir Khan is working as executive Engineer in Public Power utility Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB).
