Factory-trained by Doble Engineering, Phenix Technologies, and ISA, his expertise encompasses condition-monitoring diagnostics, High Power Test Systems, asset reliability, and transformer oil/SF6 gas analysis. Under his leadership, M2K has evolved into a trusted engineering technology partner supporting critical power and industrial infrastructure nationwide.

Mahfuzur joined M2K Technology & Trading Co. as Director – Technical in 2014. Backed by specialized factory training from industry leaders like Doble Engineering Company and Phenix Technologies, he leads M2K's technical executions and end-to-end lifecycle supports across all deployments. Prior to joining M2K, he built an extensive career, starting at Pacific Bangladesh Telecom Limited where he rose to CTO, followed by key engineering roles at global leaders including Motorola, Ericsson, and Huawei.

With over 20 years of cross-functional experience across engineering, business development, and operations, Dilip leads marketing strategy and commercial execution at M2K Technology. He specializes in managing international technology representations and driving strategic growth across Bangladesh’s power, energy, and industrial sectors. Through deep industry expertise, he fosters key institutional relationships with major public and private clients nationwide.
